Mumbai: Actress Fenil Umrigar, who joined the cast of television serial `Bade Acche Lagte Hain`, feels youngsters will relate to her character.
"I feel blessed and happy to be part of `Bade Achhe Lagte Hain`. It is a flagship show. As my character Pihu is becoming the central character, I have a lot to do. I cannot talk much about my role but I am hopeful that 90 per cent youngsters will relate to Pihu," Fenil told reporters.
She was all praise for actors Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor playing the lead in the serial.
"I am happy to be working alongside Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor. They are the finest actors and big names of television industry. They both have been my role model. I am learning new things from them... I am sure in the coming days I will learn a lot from them as far as acting is concerned," the actress said.
The show started with the theme of two different personalities Ram Kapoor (Ram Kapoor) and Priya Sharma (Sakshi Tanwar) accidentally discovering love after their marriage.
The serial has taken three leaps so far and Fenil entered the show recently as a grown up Pihu.
"My first shot for this show was with Ram Kapoor and I was nervous. But he made me calm and ensured that I do well. I have shot few scenes with her (Sakshi) where she is showed in coma and I am talking to her. It was great fun to work with them," Fenil said.
Fenil has also been part of shows like `Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak`, `Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava`, `Best Friends Forever`.
