Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan’s Box Office battle continues...

New Delhi: The clash between Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar is not just limited to their recently released films it seems. The ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbaai Dobaara` stars’ promotions clashed at a recent dance reality show. A leading daily reports that Akshay was peeved in a reality show when the participants at the show performed for a ‘Chennai Express’ song. “Akshay who is leaving no stone in promoting his film OUATIM apparently lost his cool on -the-sets of a reality show and blasted everyone on the sets. During the finalé episode of a TV dance reality show, a dance group performed on Chennai Express song which reportedly irked Khiladi Akshay Kumar," the daily quoted a source. Earlier the Shah Rukh and the ‘Once Upon Ay...’ filmmakers had held separate promotional Iftar Parties on the same day even though the celebs denied rumours of any direct competition. Although the release of ‘Once Upon Ay...’ was postponed by week in order to avoid any clash with ‘Chennai Express’, the former has not been able to come in way of the rising Box Office numbers of the latter. Moreover, Shah Rukh – Deepika starrer joined the 100 crore club within five days of its release. It is still moving on fast to break the record of Aamir Khan starrer ‘3 Idiots’ which grossed Rs 385 crores after its release.
