`Chennai Express` turns one, Shah Rukh Khan nostalgic

Zee Media Bureau/Parul Sabherwal New Delhi: Seems like it was only yesterday that superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer film `Chennai Express` received an overwhelming response from all quarters. The action comedy film that broke all box-office records has successfully completed one year. The baadshah of Bollywood, became nostalgic and took to micro-blogging website Twitter to express his happiness over the film completing one year. In a series of tweets, he also thanked the cast and crew of the film for the beautiful ride. Shah Rukh Khan posted:

Thk u Rohit, RC, Deepika, Nikitin,Satyaraj,Vishal Shekhar,PriyaMani, Dudley, Steven,Yunus Sajid Farhad & the whole crew for the Chennai ride

Directed by Rohit Shetty, `Chennai Express` features actress Deepika Padukone opposite King Khan. The film that was released on August 9 last year received mixed reviews from critics but it broke several box office records in India and abroad. It became the fastest film to collect Rs 100 crore.
