Los Angeles: Stuntman Cody Walker has reportedly been approached to film his brother Paul Walker`s final scenes in the seventh `Fast and Furious` installment.
According to reports, the 25-year-old stunt actor has been asked to film Paul`s final scenes and help conclude his journey in the upcoming movie, reported Aceshowbiz.
"They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance and if it`s a shot they need Paul`s face in close up they can CGI it later on. If Cody agrees it`s because he wants to honor his brother`s memory. There are many details that still need to be worked out, but right now the family and cast and crew are all still grieving," a source said.
Paul, 40, died in a fiery single-car accident with his friend Roger Rodas. Production for the movie is currently put on hold as the script will be re-written. It`s unclear if Universal will stick to the original release date on July 11, 2014, but filming reportedly could resume in January.
His co-stars are still mourning his death. Vin Diesel recalled how he broke down in front of his co-star`s family.
"I thought they needed my strength but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs. His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry ... I said sorry? You`re the mother who lost a son? ... She said yes, but you lost your other half."
