Deepika Padukone as 'Rani Padmavati'?

New Delhi: The very gorgeous Deepika Padukone emerged as a real winner with her pack-performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's (SLB) magnum opus 'Bajirao Mastani'. She played the beautiful Mastani who was also a warrior.

After receiving much appreciation for playing a titular role, it has now been reported that Dippy darling might be seen in yet another period drama directed by SLB. According to TOI, Bhansali's next is rumoured to be based on the life of Rani Padmavati of Chittor.

Deepika has worked with Bhansali in 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela' and 'Bajirao Mastani' previously. Are you excited to see Deepika play Rani Padmavati?
