Diwali celebrations to double with ‘Krrish 3’

With Diwali round the corner, `Krrish 3` may conveniently keep the Box Office registers ringing.

Mumbai: It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the Roshans were the first ones in Bollywood to introduce the concept of superheroes. Hrithik Roshan succeeded in winning the hearts of the Indian audience as the invincible superhero with ‘Krissh’ in 2006. With ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ in 2003, Rakesh Roshan delivered a thought provoking film that spoke volumes about the relationship of humans and aliens. Hrithik portrayed the character of a mentally disabled boy and succeeded in striking an emotional chord with the audiences, thus helping them in connecting with life beyond earth. ‘Krrish’ was a sequel to the 2003 blockbuster. Despite garerning mixed reposne from the critics, ‘Krrish’ connected with the masses. And with ‘Krrish 3’, the third franchise, coming after a huge gap of 7 years, it would be interesting to see what the Roshans have in store for us. The trailer of the film has been a massive hit and with Diwali round the corner, the film may conveniently keep the Box Office registers ringing. Slated to release on November 1, ‘Krrish 3’ also stars Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi.
