Emotional Karan Johar goes gaga over Salman Khan

Mumbai: The newfound camaraderie between Karan Johar and Salman Khan is inspiring. The producer-director who wanted to rope in the superstar for his ambitious project ‘Shhuddhi’ (read- Salman couldn’t be a part of ‘Shhuddhi’ owing to date issues), has heaped praise on the latter’s film –Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Directed by Kabir Khan, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is indeed the talk of the town. Slated to release this Friday, BB promises to be a film that will strike an emotional chord with movie goers.

Johar took to Twitter Tuesday morning to express his views about the film. He tweeted:

There wasn't a dry eye at the end of the screening of #BajrangiBhaijaan....an emotional journey majestically performed by @BeingSalmanKhan!!

Slated to release this Eid (Friday), ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is a tale of a Pakistani girl child who accidentally lands on the Indian side of the border and is safely escorted back to her homeland by her Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui essay pivotal characters in the film.
