Film 'Tangerine' shot entirely on iPhone set for July release

Washington: 'Tangerine,' the film which was shot entirely using iPhone, is set to release this July.

Directed by Sean Baker, the movie, which was a hit at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, was filmed using an iPhone 5S and the Filmic Pro app, had received great reviews, the Verge reported.

Though it wasn't the first to be shot using iPhones, it was the first to make it to Sundance.

The film will initially release in New York and Los Angeles.
