Los Angeles: Actress Keira Knightley says she wants to do more positive roles after realising that her characters in the past were subjected to horrific situations. The 29-year-old star, who played the titular role in 2012`s tragic love story `Anna Karenina`, said the film made her realise about the grim and serious roles she had done in the past, reported a magazine.
"After `Anna Karenina`, I suddenly realised that for the past five years, in all of my films, I either died or was subjected to situations that were each more horrific than the last. So I wanted more positive vibrations!," Knightley said. The actress said she is happy about her upcoming movie, `Begin Again` as it is different from her previous projects. The `Atonement` actress said despite years of industry experience, she still gets nervous while preparing for a role. "I`m still just as stressed out when I start a film shoot and I`m not happy with everything that I do. But with time and each new film, I continue to learn, unlearn and learn again. And therefore to build who I am," she said.
