Kareena Kapoor Khan not in Azharuddin biopic?

New Delhi: Begum Kareena Kapoor Khan continues to rule the hearts of many through her distinct films and glamourous avatars. The actress is currently busy shooting for Kabir Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' opposite Salman Khan. However, the latest buzz around her is that, she might not be in the biopic based on the life of Indian cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin.

According to a leading daily, the 34-year-old actress has reportedly walked out of the film citing date issues. Bebo will start shooting for Abhishek Chaubey's 'Udta Punjab' starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, once 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' schedule winds up.

Therefore, the 'Chhamak Chhalo' actress will have no time to shoot for Azhar's biopic starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead role. Reports suggest that Kareena was supposed to play former model-cum-actress Sangeeta Bijlani on screen, while Prachi Desai will be seen playing Naureen (Azhar's first wife).

Well, no official statement has been made either by the makers or by the actress as yet.
