Mumbai: Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan have teamed up after 16 years for "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" and the filmmaker says neither of them work with the pressure of success or failure.

The 50-year-old director made his debut with "Maine Pyaar Kiya" launching Salman as the lead, but he does not like to credit himself for the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" star's success and thinks he is way ahead of his contemporaries.

"Salman keeps crediting me everytime but I've done nothing. Both of us have nothing to lose or win. Maybe it's the 'S' that we share in our name. Salman got 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' not as an actor but as a human being. He is much beyond all of us today," Barjatya said.

The "Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!" helmer, who is considered one of the most soft spoken directors, thinks one cannot force people to work by shouting at them.

"I have made all heroes and heroines cry. I have realised that nothing works by shouting as we all have different moods. We are human beings. It doesn't matter if others lose temper," he said.

Known for making movies based on relationships and values, Barjatya says he aims to bring back the Indian family value system through his films.

"We all are same from within, it's due to our busy lives that we forget who we are. My biggest quest is to get back those family values with this cast and subject," he said.
