Los Angeles: Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed that the new 'Terminator' film has been titled 'Terminator Genisys'.
The 67 year-old actor made the announcement via his Instagram page after production of the reboot was complete. In the snap he uploaded, 'Terminator Genisys' can be clearly seen written across on the back of a director's chair that Schwarzenegger is sitting in, reportedly.
"Hasta la vista, baby. I want to thank the cast and crew of @TerminatorGenisys for a fantastic shoot," the Hollywood legend wrote, who last appeared as the 'Terminator' in 2003's 'Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines' just before becoming Governor of California.
"It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding. From our director to the producers, from the camera team to catering, from visual effects to hair and makeup - we couldn't have done it without you. I can't wait to see our finished project and I know we'll remind the fans why they fell in love with the Terminator. On July 1, 2015, I'll be back," the caption continued.
The upcoming Paramount film also co-stars Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke as Sarah and John Connor, as well as Jai Courtney, Dayo Okeniyi, Matt Smith, Byung-hun Lee and J K Simmons.
The film is being directed by Alan Taylor, with a screenplay written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier.
