New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan who broke all records with his super successful 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' seems to have a hurdle in the movie's way lately.

The makers of the film have been slapped with plagiarism charges, reports suggest.
Reports further suggest that, Mahim Joshi filed a lawsuit alleging that the story of Kabir Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' is copied. As the case unfolded, Bombay High Court refused the stay order on 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' world television premier.

Mahim claims that the story was written by him and was registered with the Film Writers Association.
The High Court has decided October 20 as the next hearing date in the case.
