Selena Gomez wants to experiment with roles

London: Singer-actress Selena Gomez says she starred in ‘Spring Breakers’ to shed her Disney image and intends to experiment more with her roles. The 21-year-old shocked her fans with her appearance in "Spring Breakers", which is a sex-and-drugs-fuelled film, but insists that the movie has helped her to be more confident, reported Daily Star. "`Spring Breakers` changed people`s perception in Hollywood. I think it`s exciting to throw people off, so I like it. This opened my eyes and made me more comfortable in taking risks," Gomez said. "I am excited just to look at what`s out there and take the next step and do a couple of different roles ? whatever they are," she said. ‘Spring Breakers’ was released last year. PTI
