Los Angeles: Actor Tom Hiddleston is set to play famed war photographer Robert Capa in Paul Andrew Williams` biopic, `Capa`. The 32-year-old actor said he is looking forward to portraying the heroic figure, reported OK magazine. "I look at Capa`s life and see it in heroic terms. A Hungarian kicked out of Hungary for writing against Fascism, he moved to Germany where he was kicked out for being Jewish, then he moved to France and from there began a life-long commitment to make a stand against forces of fascism," Hiddleston said. The film will begin in Paris 1935, capturing the moment where two exiled Jewish Communists, Gerta Phorylle and Endre Friedmann, start a relationship and change their names to Gerda Taro and Robert Capa in order to sell their photographs. The actor scooped the role after `The Amazing Spider-Man` star Andrew Garfield dropped out of the project. `Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters` actress Gemma Arterton is to play Taro in the feature, penned by screenwriter Menno Meyjes.
