Watch: Anurag Kashyap's dark 'Ugly' trailer!

New Delhi: Ace filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has proved his mettle in Bollywood with films such as 'Gangs Of Wasseypur', 'Gulaal' and the like. His style of filmmaking is distinct in its own sense. And now, the maverick director is ready with his upcoming venture 'Ugly'.

This thriller was screened in the Directors' Fortnight section at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. The trailer of 'Ugly' which was released recently has taken the viewers by storm. The film has a typical Kashyap feel to it, with thrill and darkness kept intact with the theme of the plot.

'Ugly' stars Girish Kulkarni, Ronit Roy, Tejaswini Kolhapure, Vineet Kumar Singh, Surveen Chawla and Vipin Sharma in important parts. It is slated to hit the screens on December 26, 2014.
