Washington: Sexy moans from Britney Spears' single 'Piece of Me' were reportedly stolen, according to a guy who is suing Sony Music for jacking his samples.

According to the documents, Kirk Rothrum, owner of bangin-beats.com, said that Sony lifted the sounds of a woman seductively moaning "uhh" and "oh yeah" from his sampling library, but he was never paid for it, TMZ.com reported.

He also said that he was cruising around listening to the radio when he first heard the offending moans repeated during Spears' 2007 musical masterpiece.

Rothrum added that artists like 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Eminem, Jay-Z, and Rihanna use his stuff all the time, but they always pay.
