Guns N` Roses accused of ripping off Aussie classic on `Sweet child O` Mine`

Washington: The iconic Guns N' Roses has been accused of ripping off an Australian band's song on their biggest hit 'Sweet Child O' Mine.'

When the rock band's song, which was released in 1987, was compared with Australian Crawl's 'Unpublished Critics,' released in 1981, a lot of similarities emerged between the two, TMZ.com reported.

The 'November Rain' hit-makers have a very detailed story about how they created the song but a member of the Australian band acknowledged how close the guitar riffs and melodies were.
