Meat Loaf had a bad fall while performing on stage during a concert in Edmonton on Thursday.

new Delhi: Rock star Meat Loaf had a bad fall while performing on stage during a concert in Edmonton on Thursday.

According to a report in BBC.com, the 68-year-old US rock star was performing 'I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That) – one of his greatest hits, and suddenly collapsed on the floor. He had cancelled shows in Moose Jaw and Calgary earlier citing ill health.

His fall had been captured in a video footage. Soon after the fall, the music stopped and he was rushed to the hospital. Nothing has been mentioned about any health issues. A section of fans initially believed that the fall was planned for the concert.
