London: In a newly released preview clip for Britney Spears` new video for ‘Hold It Against Me,’ she is seen engaged in a catfight with herself.
The scenes may surprise her fans, to whom she recently told that she was ``a boring homebody``.
Wearing a sheer dress and sky-high heals Britney squares up to her doppelganger and swings a punch, sending the other Britney flying through the air, reports a daily.
The clip is just a hint of the upcoming video, set to premiere in the U.S. on MTV on Thursday.
During a live Twitter interview from her house in Calabasas, California, the 29-year-old said: “I’m really just a boring homebody who loves staying home with my kids and that’s where I’m the happiest.”
Choreographer Brian Friedman recently assured MTV News that Spears is “setting the bar” with her new album.
“She’s showing that you have to push it as an artist: that you can’t just settle, that you can’t be calm with your choreography, that you have to make a statement,” he said.
“There’s so many people out there competing in this world to be the queen of pop, and she’s definitely claiming her throne.”
The track is the first single to be released from Britney’s new album ‘Femme Fatale’, which is out on March 29.
