The 63-year-old singer said that his album would be called ` When the World Began`, in collaboration with producer David Foster, and ` Ten Billion Hearts `, CBS News reported. The singer, who filed for a divorce last year, admitted that his children, family, change, growth and heartbreaks were the inspiration for his new music. Wonder also added that he has used hip-hop elements to convey political messages across.
