London: Christine Bleakley has sparked rumours that she got a boob job before hitting South Africa to support boyfriend Frank Lampard in today`s big match.

The star, who is in Johannesburg for England`s game with Germany, has triggered the speculation with her new bustier figure. "Everyone`s really stunned to see this incredible change in her.
