Actress Katie Holmes has quashed rumours suggesting that she is dating `How I Met Your Mother` star Jason Segel.

Los Angeles: Actress Katie Holmes has quashed rumours suggesting that she is dating `How I Met Your Mother` star Jason Segel.
It was being rumoured that the 35-year-old actress was dating Segal, 34, after splitting from her former husband Tom Cruise in 2012.
Holmes and Segel had met on the set of his hit sitcom `How I Met
Your Mother` in 2011, when she had guest starred on the show
"The story is completely untrue. The two have not spoken since she appeared on `How I Met Your Mother`," Holmes` representative Leslie Sloane, said.
Holmes was most recently linked to Jamie Foxx, while Segel parted ways with Michelle Williams in February, 2013 after a year of dating.
