Second time love is best, says Catherine Zeta-Jones

Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has claimed falling in love after a divorce or break-up could be better than the first time.

London: Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has claimed falling in love after a divorce or break-up could be better than the first time.
The 40-year-old actress plays a divorced mother who falls for a younger man in romantic comedy `The Rebound` and advises single people not to give up on love, a news website reported. "It`s so great when you see these people finding love again, second time round - so many people say to me second time round`s really best," she said. "I don`t really want to get there actually, but I think that`s what both men and women can relate to. You will find love again if you put yourself out there to be loved and to love," the `Chicago` star added. Zeta-Jones, who is married to actor Michael Douglas, says that the film shows women are not the only sufferers in a broken relationship. "What`s enduring and what`s universal to the piece is that divorce and the break up of relationships don`t just happen to women - and the emotions that come out of that don`t just happen to women. It happens to men too," she said. "Everyone thinks, `Oh the divorced woman, OMG, she`s got two kids, poor baby`, but it happens on both sides," the actress added. PTI
