Charlize Theron opens up about beau Sean Penn

Washington: Charlize Theron has revealed that she is very happy with her boyfriend Sean Penn.

The 38-year-old actress, who brought Penn as her plus one at the L.A. premiere of her film ` A Million Ways to Die in the West ` on May 15, said that she was not very good at opening up about her private life but all she can say is that they are very happy, reportedly. A source revealed that the couple attended Seth MacFarlane`s private after party together where they looked very cozy with each other and Theron kept caressing Penn`s back as they talked closely. Theron and Penn were seen holding hands while walking out of the party.
