I wasn't prepared for new relationship: Judi Dench

London: Veteran actress Judi Dench has revealed that she wasn't prepared to find love again after the death of her husband.

Dench is currently dating David Mills, who she says 'stalked' her before they started dating, reported Femalefirst.

"I wasn't even prepared to be ready for it... It was very gradual and grown up. We got together, in a way, through the animals. It's just wonderful," she said.

Dench, 79, was married to Michael Williams for thirty years, until he died from lung cancer back in 2001. The couple has one child together during that time.

And while Dench is having a great time with her new man, she admits that the couple are not currently living together due to their hectic work schedules.

"We are much too independent. And he is very busy. He has a business to run. But he is so lovely, with a great sense of humour. Now it's absolutely wonderful because there's somebody who makes me laugh," she added.
