Russian Grandmaster Dmitry Bocharev (ELO 2592) defeated Grandmaster Harutjunyan Gevorg (ELO 2460) of Armenia to end is campaign on 8.5 points and share the second place with five others.Grandmaster Abhijit Kunte ended his campaign with eight points to be the highest placed Indian on the 13th spot. India`s top seed Grandmaster M Parimarjan Negi (ELO 2636) continued his poor run in the tournament losing to IM Debashis Das (ELO 2400) to finish on a lowly 45th position. PTI
