Seoul: Shiv Kapur pumped in four birdies against one bogey in his 13 holes in the unfinished third round to move to provisional tied fourth on Saturday at the Ballantine`s Championships in Blackstone Golf Club.
Kapur, at seven-under, is within three shots off the leaders Miguel Angel Jimenez and Brett Rumford, who were tied at 10 under par before the bad weather suspended play.
Starting from 11th spot overnight, Kapur shot three birdies on the front nine and one more on the 13th. His bogey came on second.
The third round was delayed two hours at the outset by the first set of storms that hit Seoul.The next set blew in later in the day at Blackstone Golf and Resort and play was halted at 3:40pm local time. The third round is slated to resume on Sunday morning at 8am local time, with the final round scheduled to then begin at 9:20am.
Jimenez and overnight leader Brett Rumford of Australia shared the lead at 10-under-par through nine holes. Wales` Rhys Davies was in third place at eight-under-par with seven holes remaining, one ahead of Kapur.World number one Lee Westwood of England is a shot back in tied-11th at six-under-par through 12 holes.
