BJP on Thursday said it is a vote for corruption-free good governance and showed that the people are rejecting Congress.

New Delhi: With early trends indicating that the BJP was leading in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, BJP on Thursday said it is a vote for corruption-free good governance and showed that the people are rejecting Congress.

BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said early trends indicate that the BJP is returning to power in both Gujarat and Himachal.
"It is a vote for corruption-free good governance and it showed that the people are rejecting Congress," he said.

The BJP was leading in both Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh over Congress in the assembly elections for which the counting of votes began today.
