New Delhi: BMC on Monday (January 3) closed schools for classes 1 to 9 and class 11 till January 31st in Mumbai amid rising COVID-19 cases.
The schools will remain shut for classes 1 to 9 and 11 from January 4 to January 31. However, schools will continue to function for class 10 and 12, stated the BMC.
BMC ordered the schools to conduct online classes for 1-9 and 11th class amid the surging COVID-19 infections.
