Jaipur: The Centre has sanctioned Rs 275 crore for establishing a Global Centre for Security and Counter-Terrorism here, state Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria said on Tuesday.

The Centre will give Rs 165 crore and the state government will bear Rs 110 crore for setting-up the centre, Kataria told reporters at a press conference here while listing out the achievements of his department ahead of the completion of four years of the Vasundhara Raje government in the state.

The Raje-led BJP government will complete four years in Rajasthan on December 13.

The senior BJP leader said that state disaster relief force (SDRF) saved lives of 1500 people from flood-affected areas in 2016 and 2017.
