LG V30+ to be launched today: Features, price and more

New Delhi: LG is all set to launch the V30+ smartphone in India. The phone will be launched at an event in New Delhi at 11:30 am.

The V30+ was originally launched at LG’s press conference at IFA 2017 in Berlin, alongside V30. The only difference betweeen both the phones is the storage. V30+ comes with 128GB storage while the V30 comes with 64GB storage. On the specifications side, both the smartphones are exactly the same.

The LG V30+ will be pitted against the Samsung Galaxy S8+, Galaxy Note 8 and Apple iPhone 8. The device is expected to come at Rs 55,000.

The V30 boasts one of most advanced cameras in the smartphone industry, with one of the dual-lens rear cameras adopting an aperture of F1.6.

In September, LG Electronics launched teh upgraded version of its `LG Q6` device titled `LG Q6+` with 4GB RAM and 64GB in-built storage for Rs 17,990 in India.

Q6+ comes with 5.5-inch FHD `Full Vision Display` technology as well as one-time free screen replacement within six months.

The smartphone incorporates a 5MP 100-degree wide angle selfie camera that allows shutterbugs to include a large group of friends and family in the shot without effort. It houses a 13MP rear camera.

The device has 3,000mAh battery, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
