joined by her party MLC Chandan Bagchi which led to ruling
JD(U) members Mahachandra Singh and Satish Kumar asking the
chairman of the council to bring the House in order.

exchanges between the Congress and treasury bench members led

Council Chairman Tarakant Jha assured the agitated
Congress members of taking up the issue raised by Jyoti with
the state government. Bagchi also demanded that chief minister
should apologise for his uncharitable remarks.
