'Paanch Sawaal': Why is Kejriwal violating EC directives, BJP asks AAP

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) continued its attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections and posed a second set of 'paanch sawaal' (5 questions) to Arvind Kejriwal on Friday.

BJP began its process of posing five questions to Kejriwal on Thursday, and the second set of questions were posed by central ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Nirmala Sitharaman today.

BJP's second set of questions were —

The BJP said that the AAP was roping in volunteers from outside Delhi to campaign for it in the capital. Couldn't it find volunteers in Delhi, questioned BJP and asked the AAP to explain the link to foreign volunteers.

BJP asked why women were deserting the AAP. Was it because the AAP was anti-women? Was attacking BJP's woman candidate the only way AAP knew to deal with a prospective CM (Kiran Bedi)?

Thirdly, BJP said that the AAP had accused other parties of being corrupt. BJP asked why hadn't AAP leaders then submitted their parties account for Lok Sabha 2014 elections with the Election Commission?

BJP's fourth poser asked why Arvind Kejriwal was violating EC's directives? And why was the AAP insulting Constitutional bodies, asked the BJP.

Arvind Kejriwal quit as Delhi CM after 49 days citing other parties' lack of support to the Lokayukta bill. Why didn't the AAP then raise the issue after quitting from power in Delhi, asked the BJP.
