Sandeep Dikshit`s assets jump four times in five years
Congress sitting MP Sandeep Dikshit`s asset value have rose by almost four times over the last five years, increasing to Rs 7.3 crore from Rs 1.8 crore during 2009 general elections.

New Delhi: Congress sitting MP Sandeep Dikshit`s asset value have rose by almost four times over the last five years, increasing to Rs 7.3 crore from Rs 1.8 crore during 2009 general elections.
Dikshit, who will be contesting from East Delhi Parliamentary constituency, filed his nomination papers on Friday and declared movable worth approximately Rs 1.6 crore which also includes the assets of his wife and daughter.
Dikshit has shown 11.2 lakh as income in his last year`s income tax return while his wife has declared Rs 8.6 lakh income for the last financial year.
Dikshit possesses six vehicles which includes Car Nissan Micra Model worth Rs 6.33 lakh and a Mahindra Bolero Maxi worth Rs 4.5 lakh, three two wheelers totally worth Rs 84,498 and a Hero bicycle worth Rs 3,500.
His wife possesses 890 gm of gold worth Rs 23.4 lakhs, 2521 gm of silver articles worth Rs 1.3 lakh and diamond jewellery worth Rs 5.6 lakh and pearls and colour stones worth Rs 42,000, totally worth 30.8 lakhs.
Among movable assets he also owns animals worth of Rs 38 lakhs, tractor and trolley worth around Rs 4.5 lakh and cash and balance worth Rs 1.2 lakh in Vidhyachal Dairy.
His daughter Yamini has a bicycle worth Rs 4,000.
The total value of his immovable assets is Rs 4.86 crore, while his wife`s is Rs 89 lakh.
Dikshit`s liabilities have significantly increased over the last five years from Rs 19 lakhs to Rs 88.7 lakh.
