Sharmistha Mukherjee casts vote in GK, mum on Congress' prospects

New Delhi: As voting began on Saturday in Delhi for the Assembly Elections, Sharmistha Mukherjee was among the first Congress leaders to cast vote.

Sharmistha cast her vote in Greater Kailash constituency from where she is fighting the polls.

Sharmistha, daughter of President Pranab Mukherjee, is among the prominent Congress faces who are contesting the Delhi polls.

Speaking to reporters, Sharmistha said she has received a very good response in her constituency.

“I leave it to poll analysts to tell how many seats Congress will win in the elections. My job is to work,” she said in response to a question.
