Mumbai: Nigerian Fredrick Okwagbe struck twice in the dying minutes of the match to help Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) defeat Goa``s Vasco Sports Club 2-0 and qualify for the 31st edition of the Federation Cup at the Cooperage ground here today.Okwagbe scored twice in the 87th minute and the second half injury-time to turn the inter-zonal Group A qualifying match in favour of Bangalore-based HAL. The 14-day tournament will begin in Guwahati from December 21.
