Ibrahimovic gives Milan win over Genoa

Milan: Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored again to give AC Milan a battling 1-0 home win over Genoa on Saturday.

The Rossoneri, third in Serie A last term, recorded their second win from five league games thanks to the Swede netting his second goal in Serie A and fourth overall since he joined on an initial loan from Barcelona.The former Inter frontman scored four minutes into the second half following Andrea Pirlo`s assist after Genoa had dominated the first period, forcing Milan keeper Christian Abbiati into one spectacular save at a nervous San Siro. Four players transferred between the clubs in the last window and familiarity led to a slightly dour affair, although Mathieu Flamini could have doubled Milan`s lead late on after a good move involving Ibrahimovic and Robinho.
