New Delhi: Heaping praise on Bharatiya Janata Party`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, former cop and social worker Kiran Bedi on Friday said that the counry will for the first time get a PM who is well connected with the grouund realities.
Bedi posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter: "India for the first time will get in @narendramodi a PM who has risen from grass roots all the way up! As if Indian Democracy groomed him!"

Bedi has been a open suuporter of the gujarat Chief Minister and repeateeldy advocated for Modi as PM.
Last week, Bedi questioned the poll panel over the issue of BJP`s PM candidate being denied permission to hold rally in Varanasi due to security reasons.
Bedi posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter - “Did the Election Commission lack experienced law and order management inputs that it took an unrealistic decision of denying Modi his right?”
