Naomi set to scorch the ramp at LFW!

Mumbai, March 15: Come March 28 at the Lakme Fashion Week when one would get to watch the internationally acclaimed supermodel Naomi Campbell setting the ramp on fire. The leggy model will strut for Mai Mumbai, a charity show that will help in garnering funds for the Mumbai 26/11 terror attacks.As a part of Fashion for Relief initiative founded by Campbell, the event is believed to be a ‘by invitation’ show that will be presented by Vikram Chatwal Hotels. In order to make the event a huge hit, Mai Mumbai is trying to rope Indian and foreign designers where Bollywood stars and celebrities from the arena of sports and business world will sashay on the ramp. The clothing line will be available for the auction whose proceeds will go to the victims of 26/11. Post the fashion show, Campbell will accompany Chatwal to Cochin where the latter will be opening his first hotel. Of late, Campbell has been a vocal supporter for various fundraising events across globe such as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, New Orlean’s Hurricane Katrina, Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund and White Ribbon Alliance to name a few. Indeed, Naomi’s LFW appearance will be yet another display of her generous act!
