New Delhi: After senior BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje, former Indian Premier League chief Lalit Modi has now targeted Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

Writing on Twitter, Lalit Modi said on Monday night that Jaitley was among the BCCI members who have received huge sums as TA/DA from the cricket board in cash.

Hope Arun Jaitley, Anurag Thakur (BJP) and Rajiv Shukla (Congress) have shown in their returns, the ex-IPL boss tweeted.

Lalit Modi also indicated in his tweets that Jaitley had met him in person alone in London when the UPA government was in power.

“Mr @arunjaitley whilst you were leader of the opposition did u meet Mr Lalit Modi alone in #london for hours at the #stjamescourt taj hotel (sic),” Lalit Modi tweeted.

Modi further targeted current IPL chief and Congress leader Rajiv Shukla for travelling in private jets paid for by others.

The former IPL chief also targeted the Congress party and its MPs for seeking favours from the BCCI.
