Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi after his name was included in a FIR regarding alleged illegalities in the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW).

New Delhi: In a major blow to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his name figured in a FIR regarding alleged illegalities in the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW).
Kejriwal has blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi after his name was included in the FIR.
"Don't know why my name is in the FIR," the Aam Aadmi Party leader told reporters here.
"Without the Prime Minister's approval, a Chief Minister's name doesn't come in FIR," Kejriwal alleged.
"What is my role in this?" Kejriwal asked. "My role has not been mentioned even once in the FIR (First Information Report)."
FIR against DCW chief Swati Maliwal
Kejriwal remarks came after the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) of the Delhi government slapped a FIR against DCW chief Swati Maliwal on Monday night over complaints of alleged irregular recruitment.
The complaint against Maliwal was filed by former DCW chief and Congress leader Barkha Singh Shukla.
Maliwal has denied the accusations.
Special session of the Delhi assembly
Kejriwal said a special session of the Delhi assembly would be called to discuss the issue.
