Mumbai: In another sensational revelation, a report on Saturday said that Sheena Bora had been blackmailing her mother Indrani Mukerjea and demanding a three-BHK flat in Bandra (W).

According to a report in The Times of India, Indrani Mukerjea's former driver Shyamvar Rai has told police that Indrani was extremely violent while strangling Sheena to death in the car.

She kept saying, "Now take your three-BHK flat in Bandra" many times while committing the heinous act, Rai reportedly told the Khar police.

Sheena had reportedly threatened to expose Indrani in front of Peter Mukerjea, who was convinced that his wife and Sheena were sisters.

Notably, Indrani, her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and her former driver Shyamvar Rai are under arrest in connection with the murder of her daughter Sheena on April 24, 2012, and for dumping her body near a forested area in Gagode village in Raigad district.

The trio have been sent to judicial custody till September 21.

The investigation into the case has reached a critical stage with the forensic matching of the DNA samples of Sheena with her mother and prime accused Indrani Mukerjea, brother Mikhail Bora and biological father Siddharth Das.

Besides, the probe has widened to investigating the money and property transactions with the possibility of some big names tumbling out.

The Mumbai Police are engaged in a multi-pronged probe to ascertain the motive behind the killing of Sheena Bora.
