Six opposition parties, including BJP, have refused to accept that the bill was introduced, saying appropriate procedures were not followed. Leaders of these parties met Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar to convey their views. Parliament will meet on Monday when Vote-on-Account will be taken up in the Lok Sabha.
