Hyderabad: One of Sathya Sai Baba’s most famous followers, Isaac Tigrett of Hard Rock café fame, has claimed that he is the “living will” of the departed spiritual guru.

In a startling disclosure, Wednesday, Tigrett said that Sai Baba had given him some “instructions”, including details about his possible successor. The multi-millionaire said he is willing to share the same with the Sathya Sai Central Trust.

US-born Tigrett was very close to the Sathya Sai and had donated millions of dollars to fulfill the guru’s dream for an ultra modern hospital in Puttaparthi.

Trust members have, however, dismissed Tigrett’s claims about any secrets being told by Sai Baba to him. The trust hold the view that the guru used to have one to one discussions with many devotees but those interactions had nothing to do with the administration of the Trust.

The Trust is dismissing his claims despite Tigrett stressing that he has enough evidence to back his claims.

Tigrett reportedly told a news channel that he would reveal all the details on Guru Purnima, which falls on July 15 this year.

When asked whether there were any witnesses to what Sai Baba told him, Tigrett nodded a yes and said that the person who was privy to his discussion with Baba is also an ardent follower, someone whom the world would accept as a witness.

The development comes amidst speculation that money was being siphoned off from the Trust.

The Andhra Pradesh police has issued legal notices to two trustees including Sathya Sai’s nephew Ratnakar in connection with the seizure of Rs 35.5 lakh from a car belonging to the Trust which manages affairs of the late spiritual guru. Police had also arrested one person in connection with the recovery.

The money was seized two days after the Trust opened Yajur Mandir, the residence of the Sai Baba at Prashanti Nilayam in Puttaparthi. The Trust said on Friday it had found Rs 11.56 crore in cash, 98 kg gold and gold jewellery, and 307 kg of silver articles inside Yajur Mandir.

IF Sai Baba had secret plans given over to issac that woukd not surprise me.The curroption of the sai central trust is appalling. These old gezzers like Sai Babas cash benefits.Yet they forgot what he taught. Depsite what is said about Tiggert, Issac did not forget. His charity proves that. Sai should pay attention to the secrets passed to tigerrt. As Sai Baba is known as a person who delegated hidden authorities away from his curropted trustees.IF there is to be a socalled Prima Sai then Tiggerrt would definately know about that. IF the trust will not listen to him then sai devotees should. As what he is saying makes imoeccable sense backed by proof.Sai Baba was about God and the non material. The trust is about curroption, bribery and mayerialism.

if we look at all the incidences occurred since the birth of bhagawan shri sathya sai baba we can understand that he has given the boon of trust to many devotees and also mistrust to many people if everyone on this earth were to know the divinity of baba, the whole world would have been transformed in the shortest time. but swami`s will ( sankalpa) is not this and is different. those who have their merits matured, have the gift of trust in him and others whose merits are not yet matured will surely have to wait. swami has shown his divinity to many by slightly keeping the maya( delusion) aside for many devotees, whereas for others keeps the maya stand in between them and swami, such people don`t have the merit to know the reality of swami at present. swami is the creator. he can create anything( treasure in yajur mandir)) anywhere including yajur mandir. or swami, if wanted could have very easily made all the treasure vanish in a second. what all we see and hear are all the great maya/ divine playnot easily understandable to allof bhagavan.

those with full faith and the true understanding and experience of baba will not caste one doubt or even question ``why`` wealth? money is part of life and if you take a hard look at swami`s entire life, his life itself is a profound message of what he stands for. who are we to question the will and act of god? without knowing, how can you misjudge? spiritual leaders attain wealth for numerous reasons, but it`s how they use it that has to be considered. swami has never used wealth for himself, ever. his message must be studied and understood before false accusations are made. in this age, this type of stuff will filter the ``part-time`` devotees and preserve the sai mission through the true devotees. om sai ram.

many concerns are genuine. one needs to look into the perspective of the trust also. their perspective is not reported by most media. read the detailed press report here: http://media.radiosai.org/journals/vol_09/01jun11/11-press_meet_part02.htm

one thing is never understood. why do spiritual gurus need to acquire so much of wealth and preserve it undeclared in their private homes. with all due respect to their followers and their beliefs, why do spiritual gurus acquire wealth?

there is nothing wrong in acquisition of wealth. what is important is how the weatkth is utilised. according to me it was utilised for the benfefit of poor in terms of providing health care, education, profession.....he was not utilising anything for private use. his diet was also a simple raagi...infact he taught us that even though he was in possesion of wealth, he was not indulging in it and used it for the benefit of people.

sai baba should have kept so much hard cash without depositing it in bank should make him an accused in terms of normal laws on financial matters. what the sai trust received by cheques and bank transfers should be deemed to belong to the trust. what came as donations to sai baba directly in cash or kind should be treated as self earned income and taxed and the remaing should go to his legal heirs. he should also be charge sheeted pothmously under appropriate money laundering laws and convicted so that it will serve as an example to aspiring godmen/godwomen.

98 kilograms of gold, 307 kg of silver and rs 11.56 crore in cash, the total value of all these put together tentatively comes to rs. 38 crores. in addition, we have been hearing the rs. 35 lakhs have been sized by the police from one of the ashram mates. another incident has also come to notice is that two sack ful of currencies have also been sized by the police. the initial estimates of the money sized comes to rs. 5 to 10 crores. let there be no doubt in anybody’s mind that certainly all this is un accounted money which the baba was holding on behalf of politicians, bureaucrats like ias and ips officers who use to visit the baba to park their ill gotten and unaccounted money.

whatever your belief, pray keep it to your self. do you know what a guru means to a disciple? give some peace to the millions of sai baba disciples, who are going through a difficult and testing period and still in mourning. just because sai baba was a public figure, does not mean you can continue condemning even after his death. have a heart and keep good thoughts in your heart.

success brings riches. what matters is how the same are utilised. sai baba used his wealth for the good of the society. you should have partaken education on morale values in one of his charity trusts.
