New Delhi: Vijay Thakur Singh, the joint secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Singapore.
She is expected to take up her assignment shortly.
Singh has replaced Dr TCA Raghavan, who has reportedly been finalised for the critical Islamabad posting.
