Kendrapara (Odisha): A minor girl was allegedly raped in Narendrapur village, about 10 km from here, under Kendrapara rural police station jurisdiction, police said on Monday.
A complaint lodged in this connection has named a local youth to have perpetrated the crime on the 15-year-old girl yesterday, they said.
A case has been registered after medical examination of the girl. Search is on to arrest the accused, who is absconding, police added.
