Jaipur: A five-wicket haul by medium pacer Shamshul Huda helped Railways shot out Rajasthan for 255 on the opening day of their Under-19 Cooch Bihar Trophy plate group semifinal here at the Sawai Man Singh stadium.
At the close Railways were 19 without loss in seven overs, left in day`s play. The visitors won the toss and put Rajasthan in to bat on a lively wicket and the decision paid rich dividends as twin strikes by Huda and one each by Dhananjay Singh and Akshat Pandey reduced Rajasthan to 111 for 4 at the lunch break. The middle-order led by Sourabh Chouhan (86) fought hard. Surya Prakash Suwalka (23), Farhan Khan (29), Sachin Malav (30) and Hardik Sethi (30) resisted for a while but failed to build long innings. Shamshul Huda with 5 for 64 was pick of the bowlers for Railways while Akshat Pandey (2/34) and Dhanraj Singh (2/20) were also among wickets. Dhananjay Singh chipped in with 1 for 58. PTI
