Pak prayer leader caught trying to molest minor

Islamabad: A prayer leader has been arrested for allegedly trying to molest an eight-year-old girl in northwest Pakistan province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The incident happened yesterday in Chaihr village of Mansehra district, local media reported today. The prayer leader from the village lured the girl going to school to a mosque by offering her sweets. Some passersby caught the prayer leader attempting to molest the girl after hearing cries coming out of the building, the Express Tribune reported. The angry mob thrashed the prayer leader and later handed him over to the police. It`s the second incident of sexual abuse in the week in Mansehra. Earlier, a seminary teacher allegedly raped a teenage school girl with the help of her friend in a moving vehicle on Wednesday. The culprits were arrested after the girl informed her parents about the incident who called the police.
