Badaun: A 35-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by his brother and nephews over a minor dispute in Dahgawan town on Sunday, police said here.
Dhal Singh was attacked by his brother Subhash and his sons Tarachandra and Ved Prakash on a dispute related to a nearby drain, SP Ratan Kumar Srivastava said.
Dhal, who sustained serious injuries, died while being taken to hospital, he said, adding that an FIR has been lodged against the accused.
